Requests you can make
Subject to applicable law, you may ask for a summary of personal data, correction or completion of inaccurate data, deletion, withdrawal of consent, or review of a privacy grievance. This can include booking details and reminder consent. A tenant administrator may also need to act when the organisation controls the relevant customer record.
How to submit a request
Email support@peopletide.com with the subject “PeopleTide data rights request.” State your relationship to the organisation, the relevant tenant or commissioned device if known, the right you want to exercise, and enough detail to locate the record. Do not email passwords, OTPs, full message histories, or identity documents unless requested through an approved secure channel.
Identity and authority checks
We verify identity and authority before disclosing, changing, or deleting personal data. We may coordinate with the customer organisation, request limited additional information, or decline a request when identity cannot be established or an exemption applies.
How requests are handled
Requests are acknowledged, assessed, and answered within the period required by applicable law. We explain any lawful limitation and preserve only records needed for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement.
Gateway device records
Messages kept only on a gateway phone must be managed on that commissioned device. Tenant administrators should revoke a retired device before local application data is cleared. Clearing app data removes its locally stored gateway records and credentials and cannot be undone.
Grievance escalation
If the first response does not resolve your concern, reply to the same request and ask for grievance review. The approved notice will identify the responsible contact and any further statutory complaint route before production publication.
