PeopleTide CRM

Integrations

Connect PeopleTide to your existing business systems.

External systems PeopleTide

Bring leads and approved business data into PeopleTide. Send bookings, updates, and support tickets back to external systems. If a system has an API, we can define the permitted data and actions needed to connect it.

Integration types

Choose what you want PeopleTide to connect.

01

Lead sources

Create PeopleTide leads from enquiries submitted through directories, marketplaces, aggregators, and website forms.

  • Justdial
  • TradeIndia
  • Website forms
  • Other lead APIs
Outcome

New enquiries are assigned with their source details attached, without manual data entry.

02

Operational data APIs

Let PeopleTide read approved appointment, report, customer, or order data from an HMIS, ERP, commerce platform, or another business system.

  • Appointment booking
  • Lab report status
  • Radiology status
  • Customer and order context
Outcome

PeopleTide can answer a question or complete an action using current data from that system.

03

External ticketing

Create support tickets in PeopleTide or the external ticketing system your service team already uses.

  • Zoho Desk
  • Other ticketing APIs
  • Native PeopleTide tickets
Outcome

The assigned team receives a ticket with the customer, conversation, reason, and priority attached.

04

Channels and calling

Connect WhatsApp, SMS, your PBX, or an approved Android phone to PeopleTide customer records.

  • WhatsApp Business
  • SMS
  • PBX / Asterisk
  • PeopleTide Phone
Outcome

The customer record shows conversations, calls, and message delivery results together.

Receive data, send an action, or keep updates synchronized.

How it works

Five steps to connect an external system.

01

Choose the action

Decide what PeopleTide should do: capture a lead, check a report, book an appointment, or create a ticket.

02

Choose how data moves

Decide whether the external system sends data to PeopleTide, PeopleTide requests data from it, or both.

03

Choose the fields and operations

Allow only the data and actions needed for the integration. The connection does not receive unrestricted access to either system.

04

Add credentials and test

Set the permitted HTTPS destinations and credentials, then test sample requests, responses, and errors.

05

Turn it on and monitor it

Use the connection in an automation, check its delivery and health status, and rotate or revoke credentials when needed.

Example: answer a patient’s report-status question.

PeopleTide identifies the patient, requests the permitted report status from the HMIS, replies to the patient, and creates a ticket only if a person needs to help.

01

Patient asks

“Is my radiology report ready?”

02

Check the HMIS

Request the permitted report status.

03

Reply to the patient

Use the returned status and approved response rules.

04

Create a ticket if needed

Send the patient and conversation details to PeopleTide or Zoho Desk.

Connection safeguards

Limit each connection to the data and actions it needs.

Limited credentials

Each connection receives only the permissions required for its approved actions.

Approved destinations

PeopleTide sends requests only over HTTPS to approved hosts, with response-size limits and timeouts.

Defined fields and actions

Each integration specifies the allowed fields, actions, validation rules, and error responses.

Approved automations

Only approved automations can use the connection, and PeopleTide records the action and result.

Have an API you want to connect?

Share its documentation, what PeopleTide should do, and which data it needs. We’ll define how data moves, which actions are allowed, what credentials are required, and how to test the connection.
