PeopleTide CRM

PeopleTide solution

AI customer support with human handoff

Automate defined routine conversations while preserving a clear, contextual route to a person for exceptions and sensitive requests.

Use automation where the answer is defined

Routine customer questions can arrive outside working hours or while the team is busy. PeopleTide can use an approved conversation workflow and available customer context to prepare a relevant reply. The objective is not to make every decision automatically; it is to handle defined work and send the rest to the right person with context.

A controlled support flow

  1. Receive a new call or message event through a configured channel.
  2. Look up the permitted customer, order, appointment, or service context.
  3. Ask for missing information when the workflow requires it.
  4. Send an approved reply for a routine request.
  5. Create and assign a ticket when the customer asks for a person, the request is exceptional, or the workflow lacks enough confidence.

The ticket can include the customer record, conversation, reason, priority, and earlier steps. An agent can continue from there without making the customer begin again.

Available PeopleTide controls

  • Published automation definitions with recorded execution steps.
  • Approved AI provider and model routing configured by administrators.
  • Customer and operational data lookups limited to defined integrations.
  • Human-handoff nodes and ticket creation.
  • Role-based access to automation and integration settings.
  • Conversation history for the authorized agent taking over.

Use the detailed AI-to-human handoff guide when defining escalation rules. If WhatsApp is a channel, review the WhatsApp CRM workflow as well.

Cross-industry examples

A clinic can answer a routine report-status question only after requesting the permitted status from its HMIS. A repair business can identify the customer’s registered equipment and offer an available service slot when scheduling data is connected. A retailer can answer an order-status question and create a ticket for a damaged-item complaint.

These workflows depend on the data sources and actions explicitly configured for that organization.

Frequently asked questions

Should AI reply to complaints automatically?

The organization should define which requests require a person. Complaints, exceptions, uncertainty, and explicit requests for human help are common escalation conditions.

Can AI access every customer field?

Integrations and workflows should expose only the data and actions required for the approved use case.
